Jordan Kovler
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kovler has served as Vulcan Infrastructure and Power’s Chief Executive Officer since November 2023 and as a member of our Board of Directors since March 2023. In 2016, Mr. Kovler co-founded a consulting and proxy solicitation firm, HKL & Co., LLC, where he currently serves as a Managing Director, designing and implementing solutions to special corporate situations, consulting on contested board elections, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations and corporate governance. Mr. Kovler has also served in advisory roles with numerous Web3 companies. Prior to co-founding HKL & Co., LLC, from 2003-2015 he worked at D.F. King & Co., Inc. a proxy solicitation firm, in progressively senior roles, including as Senior Vice President. Mr. Kovler is a 2001 graduate of Trinity College with a B.A. in Economics.

Dale Irwin
President

Mr. Irwin has served as Vulcan Infrastructure and Power’s President since February 2014 and began serving solely as President, overseeing day-to-day operations, in March of 2021. He previously also served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2014 until March 2021. Mr. Irwin has more than 20 years of diverse international experience in leading teams and managing projects from idea to execution. In his 18+ years of experience in the energy sector, Mr. Irwin has managed numerous large and small-scale capital projects, including the conversion of Vulcan Infrastructure and Power from a 1930s era coal-fired power plant to a modern, 21st-century natural gas-powered plant and, ultimately, a fully compliant power and AI/HPC company. He provides expertise in power plant compliance, construction management, outage management, energy operations, and maintenance training. Mr. Irwin holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Keuka College.

Christian Mulvihill
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Mulvihill serves as Chief Financial Officer at Vulcan Infrastructure and Power. He joined Vulcan in 2021 as Vice President of Engineering and Corporate Development. Prior to joining, he was an Associate at Atlas Holdings where he specialized in power, energy, and bitcoin mining. From 2018 to 2020, he held various senior roles at Granite Shore Power, an independent power producer located in New England. He began his career at TC Energy where he worked as a Project Manager in their Canadian Natural Gas Pipelines business. Christian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University in Canada.

Timothy Rainey
Treasurer

Mr. Rainey has been with Vulcan Infrastructure and Power since 2017. Mr. Rainey is a licensed CPA with more than 10 years of diverse accounting and finance experience, including at a top 40 accounting firm. From 2015 through 2017, Mr. Rainey served as Senior Accountant at Bonadio & Co. LLP. At Vulcan, Mr. Rainey continuously weighs opportunities and risks in both the AI/HPC and energy markets to make winning decisions for all stakeholders. He is frequently quoted by top-tier trade publications for his unique insights into both markets, as well as the areas where they intersect. Mr. Rainey holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Oswego.
